Albert Glenn "Bo" Johnson

            POLKTON - On Friday, June 23, 2023, Mr. Albert Glenn "Bo" Johnson, 83, passed away peacefully to be with his Lord at his home with his family gathered around his bedside.

            There will be a memorial service at 3:30 PM Sunday, June 25, 2023 at Mineral Springs Baptist Church with Rev. Tony High and Rev. Marty Quick officiating.

             The family will greet friends one hour prior to the service in the church fellowship hall on Sunday and other times at the home.

Bo was born November 1, 1939, in Anson County, a son of the late Lester Johnson and Enola Johnson of Polkton, NC.

Surviving are his wife, Beth Johnson; his children, Chris and wife Patricia Johnson of Polkton, Denise and husband Rodney Caudle of Polkton, Cecelia and husband Reggie Bowers of Burnsville, and stepson Robbie and wife Rhonda Robinson of Salisbury; 12 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

Also surviving are his brothers and sisters, Edward Johnson of Polkton, Bobbie Johnson of Polkton, Carol Nance of Polkton, and Cathy Rushing of Polkton. He had two brothers that preceded him in death, Harold Johnson and Ted Johnson.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Mineral Springs Baptist, 4226 Mills Road, Polkton, NC 28135.
