Avery Lee, Jr.

WADESBORO - On Monday, November 8, 2021, Mr. Avery Lee, Jr., 65, passed away peacefully at McWhorter Hospice House in Monroe.

Services will be 11:00 AM, Thursday, November 11, 2021, by the graveside in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, in McFarlan.

The family will great friends following the service,

Avery was born March 23, 1956, in McRae, GA and was a son of the late Avery Henderson Lee and the late Mary Helen McCarty Lee. He worked for Flemming Lumber in Florida.

Those left to cherish his memory are his sisters and brothers, Jessie Northcutt of Wadesboro, Virginia Stamler (Bob) of Grand Island, NY, Dorothy Wetherington of Cove City, Barbara Barrow (Hugh) of New Bern, NC, William Lee of Lilesville, Walter Lee of Andalusia, AL and Shirley Hall (Frank) of Louisville, KY.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to McWhorter Hospice House, 700 Roosevelt Blvd., Monroe, NC 28110.
