Bartly Ron Meachum

WADESBORO Mr. Bartly Ron Meachum, 46, died Friday, March 2, 2018 at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte. There will be a memorial service at 6:00pm Thursday, March 8, 2018 in the Chapel of Leavitt Funeral Home. The family will greet friends one hour prior to the service. Ron was born August 4, 1971 in Anson County, NC a son of the late James Franklin Meachum and the late Betty Jo Newsome Meachum. He was formerly employed with the United States Postal Service. Surviving are his children, Chance Meachum of Concord and Mandy Meachum of Polkton and his brothers, Tony Meachum of Penrose, Barry Meachum of Lilesville and Ashley Meachum of Wadesboro; three nephews, Tyler (Mariah) Meachum, Spencer Meachum, and Noah Meachum and one niece, Abbey Meachum.
