Belinda Gail Little Smith

Wadesboro - Belinda Gail Little Smith, daughter of the late Marshall Lee Little and the late Barbara Jean Garris Little. She was born May 5, 1962 in Anson County, NC and gained her wings on Sunday, November 7, 2021 at Atrium Health Union in Monroe, NC.

She accepted Christ as her Savior at an early age. A graduate of Bowman High School, she furthered her education by earning degrees in Childhood Development and Social Work.

Those left to cherish her loving memories are her husband of 16 years, Lee Smith; her children, Felicia Gilyard (Curtis) of Thomasville, Barbara Little (Dale) of the home, Brenda Little, Nachell Hall, Alecia Harris (Dameon), Audria Little and Marshall Little (Miyah) all of Wadesoro; her brothers and sister, Marshall Little, Jr. (Jessica) of Minnesota, Robert Little (Leverne) of Thomasville, William Little of Salisbury and Claretta Jackson of Wadesboro; 7 grandchildren; 6 aunts, including Daisy Garris of Wadesboro with whom she had a special relationship; 6 uncles; a special cousin, Ronald Adams of Wadesboro; her mother-in-law, Annie Belle Smith of Winston-Salem; 4 sisters-in-law; her special pet, “Diamond Little” of the home; 5 nieces; 5 nephews including, Robert Little, Jr., with whom she had a special relationship and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be 2:00pm Sunday, November 14, 2021 in the Chapel of Leavitt Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Gatewood Station AME Zion Church Cemetery.

The family will be at the home, 44 Parson Road in Wadesboro and the public viewing will be from 3:00 pm until 5:00 pm Saturday, November 13, 2021.
