Betty Jane Ratliff Mrs. Threadgill

ROCKINGHAM - Mrs. Betty Jane Ratliff Threadgill, 78, died Monday,November 18, 2013 at her home. Funeral services will be 3:00pm Saturday, November 23, 2013 at Mt. Beulah Pentecostal Holiness Church with Rev. Michael Price officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will greet friends from 7:00pm until 9:00pm Friday, November 22, 2013 at Leavitt Funeral Home in Wadesboro and other times at the home. Betty was born in Anson County, NC July 8, 1935 a daughter of the late John Franklin Ratliff and the late Catherine Bryant Ratliff. She was a member of Mt. Beulah Pentecostal Holiness Church, Rockingham. Surviving are her daughters, Rebecca Deese and Lisa Locklear both of Rockingham; her grandchildren, Lisa Caroline Threadgill of Rockingham and Amanda Lynn Knight of Wadesboro; great-granddaughter, De'Laria Jane Threadgill of Rockingham; her brother and sisters, John 'Tootsie' Ratliff of Lilesville and Allie Robbins and Glennie Mae Crepps both of Sharpsburg, SC. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Franklin Threadgill and by her brother, Curtis James Ratliff.
