Blanchie Lee Mrs. Evans

Miss Blanchie Lee Evans, a longtime resident of Lillie Bennett Nursing Center in Wadesboro was born April 6, 1924 in Anson County, NC and was a daughter of the late Thomas Evans and the late Mary Dockery Evans. She went home to be with her Lord on Saturday, May 4, 2013 at Anson Community Hospital in Wadesboro. She was educated in the public schools of Anson County and was a homemaker. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother and sister-in-law, Thomas Jefferson Evans and Ila Louise Evans. Surviving are her nieces and nephews, Wincie Brown, Louise (Lee) Staton, David Evans and Mary Smith all of Wadesboro; her great-nephews, Bennie, James and Fredrick Brown and Bradford Staton all of Wadesboro and a number of great-nieces and great-nephews other relatives and friends.
