Carl Rev. Junior Brown

WADESBORO - Rev. Carl Junior Brown, 84, died Thursday, November 28, 2013 at Ambassador Health and Rehab in Wadesboro. Memorial services will be 5:00pm Tuesday, December 3, 2013 at New Life Church in Wadesboro with Rev. Chris Jackson and Rev. Tommy Weatherford officiating. The family will greet friends one hour prior to the service at the church on Tuesday. He was born October 26, 1929 in Stokes County, NC a son of the late David Brown and the late Susan Ann Dodson Brown. He was a veteran of the United States Army, having served during the Korean Conflict, was an ordained minister and retired truck driver. Surviving are his wife of 54 years, Margie Fulk Brown of the home; his children, Carlita (Brett) Hildreth of Wadesboro, Carl Wesley (Jucelyen) Brown of Lexington, and Sherry Anderson of Thomasville; his brother, William P. 'Bill' (Becky) Brown of Trinity; 6 grandchildren, Brittany Biggs, Joshua Biggs, John Barry, Carrie Grainger, Carlton Eugene Anderson, Jr. and William Shane Anderson; 7 great-grandchildren and multiple great-great-grandchildren.
