Carole Curran Barnhill

Lilesville - On Friday, January 21, 2022, Mrs. Carole Curran Barnhill, 76, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and sister, passed away peacefully at her home in Lilesville

Services will be private by the graveside in Cedar Grove Baptist Church Cemetery in Polkton.

Carole was born into a large and loving family on November 17, 1945, in Stanly County, NC, and was a daughter of the late Roy Frank Curran and the late Margaret Thomas Curran. She was a graduate of Anson High School.

An avid golfer, she was club champion several years at Twin Valley Golf Club in Wadesboro. She and her husband traveled the Eastern part of the United States together playing golf.

Those left to cherish her memory are her husband, Ronald Barnhill; her daughter, Brandee Barnhill Khoshnevis and husband, Amir of Charlotte; her grandchildren, Royaa, Reza, and Lila; her sisters and brother, Cathy Hooks (Jimmy) and Frank Curran both of Polkton, Sandy McLeod (Alex) of Wadesboro and Sherry Teeter (Hoyt) and Suzette Whitley (Mike) both of Oakboro.
