Carolyn Frink Mrs. Stephens

WADESBORO - Mrs. Carolyn Frink Stephens, 85, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, August 8, 2016. There will be a service to celebrate her life at 2:00pm Monday, August 15, 2016 in the Chapel of Leavitt Funeral Home with Rev. George Senter officiating. The family will greet friends prior to the service from 12:45pm until 1:45pm at the funeral home. A graveside service will be 11:00 am Tuesday, August 16, 2016 at Hillcrest Cemetery, Lake Waccamaw, NC. Carolyn was born August 18, 1930 in Whiteville, NC the daughter of the late Reno Frink and Doretha Meares Frink. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Elton LaRue Stephens, Jr., and brother, John Charles Frink. Surviving are her husband of 66 years, Elton LaRue 'Tebo' Stephens of the home; her son, Charles Garry (Barbara) Stephens of Fuquay Varina, NC; and grandson, James Edward Stephens of Charlotte, NC.
