Christine Faulkner Mrs. Williams

Wadesboro - Mrs. Christine Faulkner Williams, 86, died Friday, December 5, 2014, at Ambassador Health and Rehab. Funeral services will be 3:00PM Sunday at the Wadesboro Church of God with Rev. Jeff Goudelock and Rev. John Miles officiating. Interment will follow in Eastview Cemetery. The family will greet friends two hours prior to the service beginning at 1:00PM. Christine was born in Anson County on September 26, 1928, a daughter of the late Vander and Janie Horne Faulkner. She was married to the late Daniel Ellis Williams. Her only son, Richard Williams, preceded her in death along with her brother, Peanut Faulkner and three sisters, Bernice McLendon, Carrie Maness, and Daisy James. Survivors include her daughter, Shirley Britt of Wadesboro; 4 grandchildren, Tammy Burroughs, Ricky Williams, Tommy Dale Britt and Jamie Britt; 10 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; and daughter-in-law, Jill Trammell (Bill).
