Dalyphina Delores Leak

ROCKINGHAM - Dalyphina Delores Leak was born in Anson County, NC on April 8, 1966, and was a daughter of Dorothy Ann Leak and Ellis Clarence Henry.

 She passed away peacefully on the evening of Wednesday, December 18, 2024, at Atrium Health – Carolinas Medical Center Main in Charlotte, NC at the age of 58 years.

Those who are left to cherish her memory are her partner and significant other, Nancy “Tamara” Lewis of the home; her mother, Dot Leak; her father, Ellis Clarence Henry (Bernadette); her siblings, Jasmine, Joy, Collette, Rodney, Johnathan, and Josh and her nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and friends.

She was a graduate of Bowman High School and prior to her disability worked with Little Cotton Manufacturing in Wadesboro as a spinner.

An avid sports fan, she was a true Carolina Tarheels and Carolina Panthers fan. She enjoyed playing video games and working in the yard. She was also a good cook.

She dearly loved the people who were a part of her life, and she loved them fiercely.

The service will be 2:00PM Saturday, December 28, 2024 in the Chapel of Leavitt Funeral Home. Burial will be in New Flat Rock Memorial Gardens.
