Wadesboro - Mr. Dameon Yimaine Thomas, 21, died Monday, July 28, 2014.
Funeral services will be 2:00pm Saturday, August 2, 2014 at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church, Ansonville. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
Mr. Dameon Yimaine Thomas was born on December 26, 1992.
Dameon was known to many as 'Maine'. He confessed Christ and became a member of Greater St. Mark in Wadesboro NC. Maine enjoyed family and friends. He loved to make people laugh by cracking jokes and imitating others. Maine was full of life and loved to make people smile and laugh
He was preceded in death by his brother DeQuarius Thomas, his nephew Jabreel Isaac.
He leaves to cherish his joking, laughter, and memories: his mother Tabitha McCoy (Carl) of Wadesboro NC, his father Richard Tyson (LaShawn) of Charlotte NC; grandparents, Thelma Thomas of Wadesboro NC, Frances Ingram (Perry) of Ansonville NC; five brothers Jamie Liles of Morven NC, Richard and Latravious Tyson of Wadesboro NC, Jason Tyson of Cheraw SC, and Brandon McCoy of Monroe NC, and Corey Thomas of Fort Mill SC; seven sisters Jamesha Thomas of Chesterfield SC, Equasia Thomas, Kinisha Simon of Wadesboro NC, Anjae Tyson of Charlotte NC, Mie'Esa Moore of Polkton NC, Rodrica McCoy of Chesterfield SC, and Kierra Medley of Charlotte, NC; a very special aunt Victoria Crowder (Timothy) and Lillie Leach of Charleston SC, Shirley Crump of Albemarle, NC; six uncles a favorite uncle Keith Thomas (Alisha) of Lilesville, NC, Henry Ingram of Virginia, Corey Thomas of California, Calvin and Terry Tyson of Ansonville NC, Tommy Tyson of Atlanta, GA.
He also leaves to cherish him two nephews Jatwain Liles and JaQuarius Isaac; two nieces JaBreah Isaac and Laniya Thomas; four dear cousin Malikka Sturdivant, Ishun and Ketori Thomas and Desiree' Tyson; great aunts and great uncles a host of cousins and friends . He also leaves his friend Shameka Bady and her daughter Malayshia Allen of Wadesboro NC; a close partner Michael Chambers of Wadesboro NC that love and will miss him dearly.
