Elizabeth Horne Lib Mrs. Sessions

Wadesboro - Mrs. Elizabeth 'Lib' Horne Sessions, 81, died Friday, March 27, 2015 at her home. Funeral services will be 3:00PM Sunday, March 29, 2015, at Mt. Beulah Baptist Church. Interment will follow in Anson Memorial Park. The family will greet friends in the church prior to the service on Sunday beginning at 2:00PM. Lib was born in Darlington, SC, a daughter of the late Harvey and Inez Hutchinson Horne. She was married to the late Paul Sessions, Jr. and together they operated Sessions Convenience Store in Wadesboro. Survivors include four children, Rick (Connie) Sessions of Ocala, FL, Cathie Sessions of Wadesboro, Mike (Rhonda) Sessions of Rockingham, Marc and Rhonda Sessions of Wadesboro; seven grandchildren, Caroline Sessions, Robert Jones, Brandon Rowell, Matt Sessions, Marci Sessions, Jake Sessions, and Stetson Sessions; and one great-grandchild, Breyanna Jones. Also surviving are three sisters, Rose (Johnny) Wallace of Wadesboro, Nancy Horne of Rockingham, Hazel (Buddy) Tucker of Greensboro; a brother, Boyce Horne of High Point; and Tanja W. Huntley (niece) whom Lib loved and cherished like a second daughter. Lib was preceded in death by a sister, Jenny Ricketts, a brother, Ed Horne and a half-sister, Nealie Mae Daly.
