Franklin David Mr. Watson

INDIAN TRAIL - Mr. Franklin David Watson was born January 3, 1955 in Chesterfield, SC and was adopted by the late Sallie Watson. He departed this life on Wednesday, October 2, 2013 at Hospice of Union County in Monroe, NC. He was educated in the public schools of Anson County and graduated from Bowman High School. Franklin was a dedicated employee of Teledyne Allvac, where he was employed for more than 33 years. He had a passion for fishing and dearly loved his family and friends. He was preceded in death by his beloved so, David Watson, who loved him dearly, his adoptive mother, Sallie Watson and his father, William Wall, Sr. Franklin leaves to cherish his loving memories; three children, Timothy (Erica) Hinson of Wingate, NC, Candace Hinson and Jared Watson both of the home in Indian Trail, NC and their mother, Terry Watson of Polkton, NC; three grandchildren, Camille and Semone Watson both of Charlotte, NC and Timothy Hinson, Jr. of Wingate, NC; four brothers, William 'Billy' (Margaret) Wall, Jr., Rev. Edward (Mary) Leak, Richard (Angela) Leak and James (Berlinda) Hailey all of Wadesboro; two sisters, Martha Autrey, and Yvonne Jefferies both of Wadesboro, NC; one adopted sister, Mildred McKinney of Wadesboro, NC and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be 2:00pm Saturday, October 5, 2013 in the Chapel of Leavitt Funeral Home, Wadesboro with Rev. Edward Leak officiating. Interment will follow in Westview Memorial Park.
