Fred Jackson Jack Mr. Moore

MCFARLAN - Mr. Fred Jackson Jack Moore, 67, died Monday, April 18, 2016 at his home. Jack was born April 28, 1948 in Anson County, NC a son of the late Fred Lockhart Moore and the late Addie Frances Overton Moore. He was a retired electrician and a veteran of the United States Army. Surviving are his wife, Diane Newton Moore of the home; his sons and daughters-in-law, James and Monica Moore of Wadesboro and Jerry and Traci Moore of Rockingham; his grandchildren, Jaclyn, Janice, Dylan and Delana; his mother -in-law, Nezzie Williams Newton of Wadesboro and his brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Ray Newton, Jr. and Pam of Kingsport, TN. The family would like to express their sincere appreciation to Hospice of Union County, especially, nurse Monica Polston for the wonderful care they gave Jack. At Jacks request, he will be cremated with no services. Memorials may be made to Hospice of Union County, 700 W. Roosevelt Blvd., Monroe, NC 28110.
