LILESVILLE - Mr. Gary Wayne 'Buck' Jones, 65, died Monday, July 7, 2014 at Anson Health and Rehabilitation in Wadesboro. There will be a gathering of family and friends from 6:00pm until 8:00pm Wednesday, July 9, 2014 at Leavitt Funeral Home, Wadesboro. Services and interment will be private. He was born April 24, 1949 in Anson County, NC a son of the late Thomas Charlton and Avis Hildreth Jones. He had worked as a pipe fitter and welder. He was a graduate of Anson High School and had served in the United States Navy. Surviving are his children, Tracy Jones Baxley of Wadesboro, Michael Wayne Jones of Polkton and Anthony Brian Jones of Chester, SC; his brothers and sister, Jimmie Ray Jones of Lilesville, Diane Jones Lee, Charles Boyd Jones and David Michael Jones all of Wadesboro and 16 grandchildren.
