Henry Thurman Hank Mr. Caulder

SHREVEPORT,LA - Mr. Henry Thurman 'Hank' Caulder, 81, died Tuesday, June 17, 2014 at his home. Hank was born October 10, 1932 in Rockingham, NC a son of the late Henry Duncan and Mary Lampley Caulder. He served his country proudly in the U.S. Air Force where he worked with aircraft engines and other components to be able to fly safely. Hank was a loving, dedicated and devoted husband, father and grandfather. He enjoyed bowling, golfing, hunting, sport shooting and being a 'handyman'. He was a Charter member of Loyal Order of Moose Lodge No. 2239 and served in most of the offices within the lodge. He attained advanced degrees including the Honor of the Pilgrim degree in merit (1981). Surviving are his wife, Barbara; his sons, Mark Caulder and Keith Caulder; his sister and brothers, Annie Ruth Caulder of Wadesboro, Bobby Caulder and Larry Caulder both of Rockingham and 7 grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Nellis and by his brother Boyce Caulder. Funeral services were Saturday, June 21, 2014 at Centuries Funeral Home and Memorial Park in Shreveport.
