James Buster Mr. Threadgill

LILESVILLE - Mr. James Marshall 'Buster' Threadgill, Jr., 77, died Sunday, October 13, 2013 at Autumn Care in Marshville. Services will be 4:00pm Friday, October 18, 2013 by the graveside in Eastview Cemetery, Wadesboro. Buster was born January 22, 1936 in Anson County, NC a son of the late James Marshall and Myrtle Cater Threadgill. He was retired from the North Carolina Department of Transportation. Surviving are his son, Michael H. Threadgill of Vanceboro, NC; his step-daughter, Angela M. Lear of Lilesville and step-grandchildren, Amanda Hanna and Zachary Hanna both of Lilesville. He was preceded in death by his wife, Helen Louise Morton Threadgill and by his sister, Mattie Elizabeth Threadgill Brown. Arrangements are in care of Leavitt Funeral Home.
