Jane Coppedge Adams Criswell was born in Wadesboro, North Carolina on February 11, 1944. She passed peacefully with loving family by her side on August 29th, 2023.

She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She worked in the family business, Trax Tires, for 30 years. She loved to be anywhere by the water, live music, NASCAR racing, and was an avid tennis player in her younger days, but most of all, she loved Alabama football. Her smile and fun personality radiated to everyone she met.

She was preceded in death by her first husband Gerald Adams. Mrs. Criswell is survived by her husband Freddie Criswell, her son Shane (Lori) Adams, daughter Suzanne (Thomas) Harris, five grandchildren Michael (Tiffany) Adams, Andrew (Lexi) Adams, Carlyn (Brent) Tyree, Ashley (Daniel) Meinhardt, and Austin Harris, five great grandchildren Lena Adams, Emma Adams, Teddy Adams, John Thomas Tyree, and Caroline Tyree, other relatives and friends.

 Funeral services will be held from the Chapel of Pine Rest Funeral Home on Friday September 1, 2023 at 11:00AM. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday from 9 until 11AM. Interment will be in Pine Rest Memorial Park.
