John Thomas Fogerty

EVERETT, WA – On Tuesday, January 14, 2025, Mr. John Thomas Fogerty, 81, passed away peacefully at Bethany at Silver Lake in Everett, WA. 

 Funeral services will be on 2:00PM, Wednesday, January 29, 2025, in the Chapel of Leavitt Funeral Home in Wadesboro. Interment with military honors will follow in Eastview Cemetery. 

 The family will greet friends one hour prior to the service on Wednesday at the funeral home. 

 John was born January 23, 1943, in Plainfield, NJ, and was a son of the late James Henry Fogerty and the late Mary Viola Eichhorn Fogerty. He was a graduate of Westfield High School. 

 He worked for many years as a manager with Dutch State Mines. 

 Those who are left to cherish his memory are his children, Thomas Fogerty of Augusta, GA and Brandon Fogerty and wife, Naomi Fogerty of Bothell, WA; his grandchildren Tyjuan Davis, Hannah Yuuki Fogerty, Evangeline Yuumi Fogerty and Samantha Shion Fogerty. 

 In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Jo Ann Leach Fogerty, his infant sons, Chris and Thomas Fogerty and by his brothers and sister, Jimmy Fogerty his twin, Jerry Fogerty and Marty Helpler.
