Kenneth Ray Kendall

Mr. Kenneth Ray Kendall, 70, resident of Polkton and former resident of Asheville, NC passed away at home on May 18, 2017. Born in Anson county on April 12, 1947, Ken was the first child of Arthur Lee and Rosie Bell Caudle Kendall. He served in the US Marine Corps and later retired from the US Postal Service and the Anson County Transportation System (ACTS). A memorial service to commemorate his life will be held on Saturday, June 17 at 2:00PM at Mount Moriah Baptist Church in Marshville, NC with Bobby Pegram officiating. The family will receive friends immediately following the service. Survivors include his wife Sue Kendall of the home; a son Todd Kendall and his wife, Holly of Hendersonville; two granddaughters, Chloe Rose and Abigail Olivia Kendall of Hendersonville; a brother, Alvin (Barbara) Kendall of Wadesboro; two sisters, Linda (Boyce) Martin of Peachland and Hilda (Marshall) Edwards of York, SC. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be made to the Polycystic Kidney Foundation online at www.pkd.org. Memorial Service Mt.
