Larry Allen Jarrell

Mr. Larry Allen Jarrell, 80, passed away Saturday, September 28, 2024, at Novant Health Presbyterian Medical Center in Charlotte.

Larry was born January 1, 1944, in Anson County, NC, and was a son of the late Johnny Jarrell and the late Alice Haywood Jarrell.  He was a veteran of the United States Army, having served during the Vietnam War. He had worked for a number of years as a truck driver and later worked at Wade Manufacturing. 

Those who are left to cherish his memory are his children, Dallas Jarrell (Jaime) of Wadesboro and Travis Jarrell (Dinisha Rorie) of Marshville; his granddaughter, Addison Jarrell and his sisters, Teresa Wiggs and Nina Brayboy both of Darlington, SC.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Donna Williams Jarrell and by his sisters, Edith and Frances.

The family will greet friends from 2:00 PM until 3:30 PM on Saturday, October 12, 2024, at Leavitt Funeral Home.
