OBITUARY

LATRENIA ANN POPLIN

            LORIS, SC ~ On Saturday, April 23, 2022, LaTrenia Ann Poplin, 51, of Loris and formerly of Wadesboro, passed away peacefully at McLeod Regional Medical Center in Loris, SC.

            Funeral services will be 1:00 pm, Wednesday, April 27, 2022 in the Chapel of Leavitt Funeral Home with Rev. Marcus Fowler officiating. Interment will follow in Anson Memorial Park.

            The family will greet friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home on Wednesday.

            Trenia was born October 11, 1970 in Mecklenburg County, NC and was a daughter of the late Dewey Franklin Poplin and the late Linda Deese Poplin Craig. She had worked as a phlebotomist and more recently as a private duty care giver.

            She was a member of Grace Baptist Church of Horry County in Loris, SC.

            A loving and devoted, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and companion, she leaves to cherish her memory, her children, Travis Snuggs (Cece) of N. Myrtle Beach, SC and Daniel Caleb Keith (Corina) of Charlotte; her granddaughter, who was her pride and joy, Ashland Belle Snuggs; her companion, Mark Williford of Loris, SC; her sisters and brother, Lisa Davis of Chesterfield, SC, Kay Lowery (Ernie) of Pageland, SC, Crystal McLemore (Chris) of Wadesboro, Joy Poplin of Rock Hill, SC and Robbie Poplin (Buffy) of Alexander City, AL and her nieces and nephews.

            In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Grace Baptist Church of Horry County, 1040 Justice Loop, Loris, SC 29569.
