POLKTON - Miss Laura Jean Napier, 41, died Wednesday, July 23, 2014 at Carolinas Medical Center Union in Monroe.
Funeral services will be 3:00pm Sunday, July 27, 2014 at Polkton Baptist Church with Rev. Jimmy Tarlton and Rev. Rex Burleson officiating. Interment will follow in Williams Cemetery.
The family will greet friends from 6:00pm until 8:00pm Saturday July 26, 2014 at Leavitt Funeral Home in Wadesboro and other times at the home.
Laura was born June 1, 1973 in Anson County, NC a daughter of David Eugene and Judy Gaddy Napier. She was a 1994 graduate of Anson Senior High School and was a member of Polkton Baptist Church.
Surviving are her parents, David and Judy Napier of the home; her sisters and brothers-in-law, Amy Denise Napier of the home, Beth and Greg Lee of the Burnsville Community and Susan and Robbie Trexler of Wadesboro; her nieces and nephews, Ashton and Jordan Lee and Sarah and Aaron Trexler and her aunts, uncles, cousins and their families and the many friends whom Laura loved.
The family would like to express their sincere appreciation to the physicians and nurses of Carolinas Medical Center Union in Monroe especially those in the Day Surgery and Critical Care departments.
