Louise Knotts Mrs. Tarlton

WADESBORO - Mrs. Louise Knotts Tarlton, 88, died Tuesday, November 10, 2015 at Sandhills Regional Medical Center in Hamlet. The family will greet friends Friday, November 13, 2015 from 10:00am until 11:00am at Leavitt Funeral Home with a graveside service following at 11:30am in Eastview Cemetery with her nephew, Rev. Jimmy Knotts officiating. Louise was born May 22, 1928 in Anson County, NC a daughter of the late William and Kate Crump Knotts. She had worked for 28 years at Wade Manufacturing and later worked 18 years at Little Cotton Manufacturing. Surviving are her children, Donnie Jones of Burlington, Melissa Smith and Barbara Pate both of Wadesboro; 10 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husbands, Bob Jones and Bennett Tarlton and brothers and sisters, W.T. Knotts, Anderson Knotts, James Knotts, Jackie Knotts, Mary Carpenter and Margaret Warner. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Leavitt Funeral Home, P.O.
