WADESBORO - Mrs. Macey Dean Williams Warner, 82, died Tuesday, February 28, 2017 at her home. Funeral services will be 1:00pm Friday, March 3, 2016 in the Chapel of Leavitt Funeral Home with Rev. Chris Thornton officiating. Interment will follow in Anson Memorial Park. The family will greet friends from 11:30am until 1:00pm Friday at the funeral home prior to the service and other times at the home. Macey Dean was born July 7, 1934 in Union County, NC a daughter of the late Cyrus Williams and the late Lizzie Medlin Williams. She had worked for a number of years with Abbey Manufacturing and Zimmer both in Wadesboro. She was a member of First Baptist Church, Wadesboro. Surviving are her son, Lynn Warner and his father, Billy Warner both of the home; her brothers, Morris (Geraldine) Williams and Homer (Frances) Williams both of Marshville and Earl (Sybile) Williams of Polkton and her nieces and nephews and their families. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers and sisters, Buren Williams, Hoyle Williams, Pauline Helms and Blondell Davis. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Anson Community and Richmond County Hospice, 1119 N US HWY 1, Rockingham, NC 28379. The arrangements are in care of Leavitt Funeral Home.
