You are Loved Beyond Words; And Missed Beyond Measure
Mrs. Mary Alice Little Richardson was born May 3, 1931 in Wadesboro, NC and was a daughter of the late Robert Little and the late Alice Martin Little. She departed her life early Friday morning, March 6, 202 at her home in High Point, NC.
She was a graduate of Deep Creek School and worked for several years at Almond Poultry in Albemarle. She attended Gatewood Station AME Zion Church until she later moved to High Point to live with her sister, Daisy, who took great care of her.
She leaves to cherish her memories, her son, Richard Lee Richardson and wife, Janet of Wadesboro, NC; a son, whom she raised as her own, Ronnie Lee Adams of Wadesboro, NC; her sisters, Daisy Cox and Juanita Moore both of High Point, NC. She also leaves 13, grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren and a a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Leroy Richardson, her daughter, Carolyn Barringer, her granddaughter, Roshell Polk, and her brothers and sisters, Robert Little, Marshall Little, Nannie Ruth Little and Sarah Berry.
Mary loved spending time with her family, especially her son and sister. Her family will always hold her memory dear in their hearts.
Funeral services will be 1:00pm Thursday, March 12, 2020 at Pleasant Hill AME Zion Church with Rev. Marvin Perason, Sr. Interment to follow in the church cemetery.
