WADESBORO - Mrs. Priscilla Horne Lassiter, 71, died Friday, March 14, 2014 at Carolinas Medical Center Union in Monroe. Funeral services will be 11:00AM Monday, March 17, 2014 in the Chapel of LeavittFuneral Home with Rev. Jerry Phillips officiating. Interment will follow in Anson Memorial Park. The family will greet friends from 6:00pm until 8:00pm Sunday,March 16, 2014 at the funeral home and other times at the home. Priscilla was born November 13, 1942 in Anson County, NC a daughter of the late Harrison Benjamin and Ellen Fetzer Horne. She was retired from Carolina Enterprises. Surviving are her husband, William H. Lassiter of the home; her children, Terry Horne of Charlotte, Jerry Horne of Cheraw, SC, Phillip Horne of Charleston, VA, Destry Horne of Lilesville, Michelle Bailey of Wadesboro, Ellen MacDonald, Tammy MacDonald and Robin MacDonald all of Monroe and Billie Ann Lassiter of the home; her sister, Bertie Graham of Rockingham; 16 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother and sister, Bud Horne and Gladys Harrington. The arrangements are in care of Leavitt Funeral Home.
