Queen Elizabeth II

Queen Elizabeth II, born Elizabeth Alexandra Mary, was the sovereign monarch of the United Kingdom and 14 other commonwealth countries, including Northern Ireland. She was the longest-reigning monarch in British history and the second longest-reigning monarch in the history of the world, behind French King Louis XIV. She died at age 96 on September 8, 2022. 

There will be register book available at Leavitt Funeral Home beginning Monday, September 12, 2022 from 10:00 AM until 4:00 PM to continue through the period of mourning with the Royal Family.

For those who desire, you may leave a sympathy card for the Royal Family and we will forward those to them with the book.

Please use the office entrance to access the register.

The book will be shared with the Royal Family at the appropriate time.

The State Funeral of Her Majesty The Queen will take place at Westminster Abbey on Monday 19th September.
