Randy Lee Mr. Carpenter

PEACHLAND - Mr. Randy Lee Carpenter, 52, died Wednesday, February 27, 2013 at Carolinas Medical Center Union in Monroe. Memorial service will be 7:00pm Friday, March 1, 2013 in the Chapel of Leavitt Funeral Home, Wadesboro. Interment will be private in Griffin Cemetery, Polkton. The family will greet friends one hour prior to the service on Friday and other times at the home of his father. Randy was born March 31, 1960 in Anson County, NC a son of Curtis Billy Carpenter and the late Fannie Lee Woodard Carpenter. He had been employed with Professional Piping. Surviving are his father, Curtis Carpenter of Peachland; his brothers and sisters, Dennis Carpenter of Peachland, Carolyn (Ronnie) Hamilton of Polkton, Marilyn (Ed) Helms of Peachland, Rick Carpenter of Peachland, Donnie (Robin) Carpenter of Polkton, Tommy (Jackie) Carpenter of Stanfield and his nieces and nephews and their families. In addition to his mother he was preceded in death by a brother, Lynn Carpenter. In lieu of flowers, the family asks contributions be made to the Randy Carpenter Fund, P.O.
