Rebecca Marsh Becky Liles

Mrs. Rebecca 'Becky' Marsh Liles, 86, died Friday, November 25, 2011 at Hospice Haven in Rockingham. Services will be 3:00pm Monday, November 28, 2011 at Gum Springs Baptist Church with Rev. Steve Hill officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will greet friends at the church for one hour prior to the service on Monday. Becky was born in Anson County, NC September 12, 1925 a daughter of the late Elisha Samson and Glennie Flake Marsh. She was retired from Ballet Hosiery and was a member of Gum Springs Baptist Church. Surviving are her husband of nearly 65 years, James D. 'Jimmy' Liles of the home; her sons, Ben (Wanda Brooks) Liles of Polkton and Dan (Debbie) Liles of Monroe; her grandchildren, Elisha Liles, Brandy (Nick) Gaddy, Jamie (Danielle) Liles, Josh Gregory and Anna Liles; her great-grandchildren, Catalina, Benjamin, Caleb and Lily; and her brothers, Fred Ross Marsh of Wadesboro and Joe Marsh of Cheraw, SC. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Richmond County Hospice, 1119 N US 1 HWY, Rockingham, NC 28379. The arrangements are in care of Leavitt Funeral Home.
