WADESBORO - Mr. Robert Alexander 'Alex' Liles, Jr., 55, died Monday, March 11, 2013 at Sandhills Regional Medical Center in Hamlet. Services will be 11:00AM Wednesday, March 13, 2013 by the graveside at Forestville United Methodist Church Cemetery with Rev. Norm Jones officiating. The family will greet friends following the service in the church fellowship hall. He was born November 3, 1957 in Anson County, NC the only son of the late Robert Alexander Liles and the late Marjorie Jean Wall Liles. He had worked as an Iron Worker for many years in Florida. Surviving are his daughter, Tessa Liles of Lakeland, FL; his aunt and uncle, Bettie Elaine and Clyde Davidson of Rockingham and his cousins and their families along with many close friends. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Forestville United Methodist Church, % Deborah Moss, 133 Forest Rd., Lilesville, NC 28091. The arrangements are in care of Leavitt Funeral Home.
