Wadesboro - Mr. Robert Edward Osborn, 69, died Saturday, September 14, 2013 at Autumn Care in Marshville. Services will be 11:00AM, Friday, September 20, 2013 by the graveside in Eastview Cemetery with Rev. W.T. 'Bo' Treadaway officiating. Bobby was born December 30, 1943 in Anson County, NC a son of the late Francis Shaw Osborn and the late Mary Murray Osborn Treadaway. He had worked in the textile industry and was a veteran of the United States Army. Surviving are his children, Brian Osborn and Charlene Baker both of Albemarle; his brother and sister-in-law, William and Grace Osborn of Wadesboro; his step-brothers and sisters-in-law, Rev. W.T. 'Bo' and Jane Treadaway, Langford 'Butch' and Louise Treadaway and Jack and Mary Treadaway all of Wadesboro and his companion, Nancy Barbara Stanback Warren of Wadesboro. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brothers, Mac and Murray Osborn, his step-father, Willis Treadaway and his step-brothers, Ronald and Donald Treadaway.
