Polkton – Mr. Ryan Paul Hill, 46, died Wednesday, January 27, 2021 from complications resulting from heart surgery.
A service to celebrate his life will be held at 2:00PM Sunday at Leavitt Funeral Home with Rev. Calvin Ramsey officiating. Interment will follow at Red Hill Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will greet friends outside following the service at the cemetery. The public may come by to pay their respects Saturday from 12:00 Noon until 6:00PM or on Sunday from 9:00AM until 1:30PM.
Ryan was born April 16, 1974, a son of Willie Mae “Bunk” Hill and the late James Robert “Jim” Hill. He was employed as a truck driver with Bud’s Logging & Trucking, Inc.
Survivors include his children, Ryan Paul Hill, Jr. of Wadesboro, Joe Hill of Ansonville, Kris Hill of Peachland, and Emily Hill of the home; his mother, Willie Mae “Bunk” Hill of Wadesboro; his stepmother, Sandy Hill of Norwood; and his siblings, Robbie Hill (Keelie) & Renae Hill both of Wadesboro, and Brett Hill of Norwood.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Friends of the Anson County Animal Shelter, c/o Maureen Lett, 307 Leak Avenue, Wadesboro, NC 28170.
