Shannon Mark Hildreth

             WADESBORO – On Wednesday, June 22, 2022, Mr. Shannon Mark Hildreth, 53, passed away at his home.

            The family will greet friends from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm Monday, June 27, 2022, at Leavitt Funeral Home.

            There will be a graveside service at Eastview Cemetery at 2:30 pm, Monday, June 27, 2022.

            Shannon was born June 24, 1968, in Chesterfield County, SC and was a son of the late Spare Hildreth and the late Josephine Oliver Hildreth. He owned and operated Hildreth Hauling and Grading.

            Surviving are his children, John Shannon Hildreth of Charlotte, Melinda Jean Hildreth of Davidson and James Adam  “Jamie” Hildreth of Charlotte; his granddaughters, Miranda Cole and Mylie Cole both of Davidson; his sisters and brothers, Tammy Kantner (George) of Wadesboro, Robin Sawyer (Gary) of Canton, Sean Hildreth (Amy), Adam Hildreth, Samuel Hildreth, Jeremy Hildreth and Tanya Hildreth all of Wadesboro; his brother-in-law, Delbert Adams of Chesterfield and his nieces and nephews and their families.

            In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Wanda Adams his nephew, Little George Kantner and his beloved dog, Daisy.

            In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Eastview Cemetery Trust, c/o Russell Sikes, 209 E. Wade St., Wadesboro, NC 28170.
