Sherry Jones Flinchum

WADESBORO - On Monday, June 24, 2024, Mrs. Sherry Jones Flinchum, 51, passed away in Wadseboro.

Funeral services will be at 11:00 AM, Tuesday, July 2, 2024, in the Chapel of Leavitt Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Anson Memorial Park.

The family will greet friends one hour prior to the service on Tuesday.

Sherry was born January 17, 1973 in Richmond County, NC and was a daughter of Jimmie Ray Jones and Angela Baker Beck. She was educated in the public schools of Anson County and had worked as an administrative at Richmond County Department of Social Services.

Those who are left to cherish her memory are her children, James Michael Sims of Albemarle, Christopher Ray Sims of Polkton and Chastity Renee Coble of Eagle Springs; her grandchildren, Ava, Izzie, Azel, Gabriel and Michael; her parents, Jimmie Jones of Lilesville and Angela "Sissie" Beck (Steve) of Wadesboro; her brother, Jimmie Charleston "Jamo" Jones of Wadesboro; her nieces, Riley and Audrey; her fiance', Douglas Singletary, III; her aunts and uncles, Shelby Goodwin, Tony (Denise) Baker, Sandra Carpenter, Peggy Treadaway, Melicia (Leslie) Dennis, Diane Lee, Charles Jones and Mike Jones.
