Shirley Mills Mrs. Hildreth

WADESBORO - Mrs. Shirley Mills Hildreth, 73, died Tuesday, March 22, 2016 at Ambassador Health and Rehab in Wadesboro. The family will greet friends from 1:00pm until 2:30pm Thursday, March 24, 2016 at North Wadesboro Baptist Church. The service will follow with Rev. Donnie Helms officiating. There will be a private interment in Anson Memorial Park. Shirley was born August 26, 1942 in Union County, NC a daughter of the late Clayton Ralph Mills and the late Lessie Harris Mills. She was retired from BC Moore and Son Cooperate Office and was a member of North Wadesboro Baptist Church. Surviving are her sons and daughters-in-law, Steve and Amy Hildreth of Lexington and Alan and Lisa Hildreth of Marshville; her grandchildren, Hannah, Andrew and Gabe Hildreth; her brother and sisters, Lewis Mills of Oakboro, Elizabeth Berrier and Betty Eudy of Stanfield and Judy DeMuth of Albemarle. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William M. Bill Hildreth, Jr. and brother, Gene Mills. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to North Wadesboro Baptist Church, Building Fund,1211 N. Greene St., Wadesboro, NC 28170 or to Hospice of Richmond and Anson Community Hospice, 1119 N US HWY 1, Rockingham, NC 28379. The arrangements are in care of Leavitt Funeral Home.
