LILESVILLE Mr. David Wayne "Toby" Burr, 58, died Thursday, December 20, 2018 in New Oxford, PA. There will be a memorial service at 2:00pm Saturday, December 29, 2018 at Bethany Free Will Baptist Church with Rev. Ricky Marsh and Rev. Tommy McKenzie officiating. Toby was born June 30, 1960 in Anson County, NC a son of David Jerome "Tad" Burr and the late Dorothy Huneycutt Burr. He was a truck driver. Surviving are his son, Stetson Burr and his mother, Kim Burr both of Pageland, SC; his father, Tad Burr of Lilesville and his brother and sister-in-law, Jeff and Linda Burr of Wadesboro. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to Leavitt Funeral Home to assist with expenses, P.O. Box 274, Wadesboro, NC 28170. The arrangements are in care of Leavitt Funeral Home.
