William Thomas Bill Mr. Meachum

Wadesboro - Mr. William Thomas 'Bill' Meachum, 84, died Friday May 22, 2015, at Anson Health and Rehabilitation. Graveside services will be 11:00am Wednesday, May 27, 2015, in Jowers Cemetery across from Faith Baptist Church. The family will greet friends following the graveside service. Bill was born in Anson County on October 15, 1930, a son of the late James Meachum and Minnie Williams. He was a retired telephone lineman. He was married to the late Sudie Boone Meachum. Survivors include his daughter, Ronda M. Helms (Donnie) of Wadesboro; four grandchildren, Daniel (Terri) Helms, Nicole (Bobby) Oatley, Lauren Helms and Wesley Helms; and three great-grandchildren, Adrian, Sophie and Adelynn.
